Snapping Shoals EMC is accepting applications for the position of Customer Care Representative.
The Position provides assistance to consumers by providing a wide range of services. Qualified applicants must demonstrate telephone etiquette skills, work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure, call center environment and sit for long periods of time. Electric utility experience is preferred. Punctuality and consistent work attendance, overtime and irregular work hours, experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook required. If required by the position, applicants must provide a Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) and have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.
