The position provides assistance to consumers by providing a wide range of services. Qualified applicants must demonstrate telephone etiquette skills, work independently in a fast paced, high-pressure, call center environment and sit for long periods of time. Electric utility experience is preferred. Punctuality and consistent work attendance, overtime and irregular work hours, experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook required. High School diploma or GED required. Relative advanced education preferred.
