To stop your electric service, please submit a disconnect request by logging into your mySSEMC account either online or with the mobile app. If you do not have a mySSEMC account, please complete the form below.
MOBILE: To request a disconnect (stop service) on your account using the mobile app, first tap on the "Report an Issue/Inquiry" at the top of the screen. On the next screen, choose "Other Issues/General Inquiry" and then select "Disconnect." Choose the account you would like to disconnect and select "Send" to submit the request.
WEBSITE: To request a disconnect (stop service) on your account through the mySSEMC website application, first select "Stop Service" from the menu on the left side of the homepage. Then use the "Other Issues/General Inquiry" button to open a drop-down menu and select "Disconnect Service" to open the account menu. Choose the account you would like to disconnect and submit the request.
